  • State the reading method: OBD, bench, boot or other.
  • Describe the requested change and current problem separately.
  • If the archive is password-protected, send the password in a separate message after creating the request.

HPSoft is responsible for the agreed processing of the supplied file, but does not control the vehicle or writing tool remotely. The customer is responsible for stable power, correct writing mode, equipment compatibility and backup.

Original and completed files are available only through the request, are not indexed and are shared through secure links. Do not send unnecessary personal data.
